Does the German government ban such movies?

Understandably for some, Germanys dark past still sparks emotions if you read todays yahoo article on the home page about the man attacking a wax figure of Hitler. Which in part is what made me ask these questions.

Its said that Hollywould only makes movies about the darkest chapter in our history but Germany usally don't bannes songs or movies because we don't have a censoreship here.
